TRAIN THE BRAIN
Neurofeedback (also known as biofeedback for the brain) is brain training designed to achieve more optimal brain performance. We observe the brain in action from moment to moment and we reward the brain for changing its own activity to more appropriate patterns.
The overall goal of Neurofeedback is optimal self-regulation. Self-regulation training enhances the function of the central nervous system and thereby improves mental performance, emotional control, and physiological stability. With increased flexibility, your brain can more easily integrate your emotions (right hemisphere) with your reasoning (left hemisphere) as opposed to being “stuck” in an emotional state of
anxiety, anger, sadness, etc.
